Crompton Greaves Reports Net Profit of ₹123.90 Crore in Q1 FY26.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has declared its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, posting a net profit of ₹123.90 crore. The company’s revenue from operations for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026 stood at ₹1,998.34 crore.

The total income for the quarter was reported as ₹2,022.05 crore, a decrease from ₹2,161.47 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY25). The company’s total expenses for Q1 FY26 were ₹1,855.96 crore, compared to ₹1,957.99 crore in Q1 FY25. The profit before tax for the June 2025 quarter was ₹166.09 crore. The earnings per share (EPS) for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹1.90.

A breakdown of the company’s performance by segment reveals the following:

  • Electric Consumer Durables: This segment generated revenue of ₹1,586.25 crore. The profit before tax and finance costs from this segment was ₹211.63 crore.

  • Lighting Products: The lighting division reported revenue of ₹232.96 crore with a profit before tax and finance costs of ₹29.61 crore.

  • Butterfly Products: This segment contributed ₹179.13 crore to the revenue, with a profit before tax and finance costs of ₹7.56 crore.

When comparing the current quarter’s performance to the preceding one (Q4 FY25), the company saw a net profit of ₹171.74 crore and revenue from operations of ₹2,060.64 crore. In the same quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY25), the net profit was ₹152.35 crore and revenue from operations was ₹2,137.69 crore.

The company’s segment assets for Electric Consumer Durables stood at ₹1,694.03 crore, while Lighting Products and Butterfly Products were at ₹341.01 crore and ₹492.02 crore, respectively, as of June 30, 2025. In terms of liabilities, the Electric Consumer Durables segment reported ₹1,289.81 crore, the Lighting Products segment had ₹328.47 crore, and the Butterfly Products segment recorded ₹160.52 crore.
